Barre Fitness class is a combination workout class that blends together yoga, pilates, dance and core conditioning. Created by a team of yoga and dance professionals, Barre will help you reshape your body and create long, lean muscles without the bulk. Using equipment like weighted balls, resistance bands and the ballet barre, the class will move through an energetic combination of exercises to a great playlist! It is a great workout and taught by our very own amazing alumni Jennie Pappas!
After a short break, Adult Barre Fitness classes will start back up on Monday, June 12, 2017 and will be held on:
Mondays: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Thursdays: 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
The individual cost for one class is $17.70 + HST = $20.00/class. You are not required to sign up for a series of sessions.
There are also class packs available that discounts the per class rate, if interested.
